Lending Application & Portal

To make the loan application process more user-friendly, I divided it into 5 clear steps. I had to keep in mind that not all applicants will be tech-savvy and comfortable doing everything online so the process had to be quick and easy.  Once the user has completed the application, they need to be able to view their loan details as well as submit any additional documents. When designing the dashboard, I made sure it showed all the most important information in a way that is easy to understand.
