Rental Association Website

ARA had an outdated website with confusing user experience. I started out by doing some research and sending out a survey to current members to get a better idea of what their frustrations with the website are. With that insight, I had to create user flows and then reorganize the sitemap to create a better user experience. The final product was a responsive website that is organized, user friendly, and has a better brand experience.
